I have been thinking about moving to Sydney, Australia for a few years now. I am planning a holiday to Sydney in January 2006 to get a feel of the place. I will probably stay there for at least 1 month at my uncle’s place. I’ll open an Australian bank account, look for a place to stay and figure out a way to apply for an Australian permanent resident status. I used to have an Australian PR when I was a lot  younger and I have stayed there for almost 3 years of my life.

Thank goodness for the internet. I’ll just have to update my online profiles to send my checks to my new Sydney address. A lot of things to do before I move. I have to apply a permit to get my cat there with me and move all of my stuff. I estimate I will complete my permanent move before the end of 2006.
